How to Create and Play Revision Flashcards

Testing yourself using active recall is one of the best ways to revise for exams. Maths Locker lets you build your own custom flashcards and practice them on any device!

How to create a revision deck:

1. Click your name or avatar in the top right corner of the screen to open the profile menu.
2. Select My Flashcards.
3. Click the purple + New Deck button.
4. Give your deck a title (e.g., "Biology Topic 1 - Cells").
5. Type in your Question for the front of Card 1, and the Answer for the back.
6. Click + Add Another Card to make as many as you need.
7. Click Save Deck.

How to play Practice Mode:

1. Go to your My Flashcards page.
2. Find the deck you want to study and click the green Practice button.
3. The Player will open. Type in your answers as the cards appear! The game will instantly mark you correct or incorrect, and reveal the true answer if you get stuck.
4. Your total score is shown at the very end. Keep practicing until you get 100%!
